We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Genuineartistic.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible products for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the product, not the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Conditions
Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
- All original accessories, documentation, and materials must be included
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or wear
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- The return must be initiated within the 30-day return period
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to have been used beyond normal inspection.
Cost of Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as:
- Receiving the wrong product
- Receiving a defective or damaged product
- Receiving a product that does not match the description
In cases where the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team using the contact information provided below to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Include the RA number on the outside of the return package
- Package the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team
- Retain your shipping receipt until the return is processed
Returns without a valid RA number may be refused or delayed in processing. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once we receive it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content that has been activated or downloaded
- Customized or personalized products made to your specifications
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without proof of purchase
- Gift cards or promotional items
General Legal Requirements
This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional return rights, those rights will apply.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided below. If your order has already been processed for shipping, we will attempt to intercept it, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
If you cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid by another method, the refund will be issued accordingly.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for returns that are not due to our error.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
